Custom designs and engagement rings

All custom engagement rings do come with an GIA certificate that clearly details the diamonds cut, clarity, color, carat weight, and measurements.

Please email us at support@missko.shop or submit a ticket on the Contact link of this website. if you need it by a certain date and our team will advise if possible. Custom orders can take anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks to be completed.  

*We do not offer the ability to cancel custom orders once they are in production.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we can make modifications to accomplish the design that you want. We also offer free returns on custom orders under $10,000, within 30 days of your delivery date. You can return for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. All returned items must be in unaltered condition to be accepted.

Shipping

All orders (not including pre-orders and custom pieces) usually take 1 week. 

*All Pre-Order and custom pieces are made to order and our team of craftsmen need time to handcraft it for you. The timeline can range from 1 to 6 weeks for completion depending on the design ordered. If you need it by a specific date please reach out to us via email at support@missko.shop or on the Contact form of this website with your desired delivery date and we will confirm if its doable. 

All non-custom orders at or above $1,000 will not require a signature upon delivery.

Personalized pieces and orders of $1,000 or more will require signature upon delivery. If you need to reroute the package, please send the new address and your order # to support@missko.shop or submit a ticket using the Contact form on this website. 

Yes. The Miss Ko packaging will be within the shipping box.

Returns and Exchanges

Your happiness is important to us. If unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer complimentary return shipping, including for custom designs (only under $10,000), within 30 days of your delivery date. You can return for store credit, a different product, or a full refund to the original payment method. All returned items must be in unaltered condition to be accepted with the original tags and receipt. If the ring, necklace, or bracelet you ordered does not fit, please email us at support@missko.shop or contact us using the Contact form of this website. We will be happy to exchange your piece for a different size or a different design. Shipping charges and production costs may apply if you exchange an item more than once.

Yes, all Miss Ko jewelry purchased on missko.shop comes with a lifetime warranty. Our jewelry is made with a paramount attention to detail and the highest quality materials. 

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Our free warranty is against any manufacturing defects on all Miss Ko jewelry. If you experience damage to your design due to manufacturing, please contact us at support@missko.shop or on the Contact form of this website to initiate an exchange. 

If a manufacturing issue is found, we will repair the damage or replace the item without any fees. Our manufacturing warranty does not include product loss, theft, damage, or loss caused by a failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of the jewelry. 

Please know, if taking your piece to an outside jeweler for repairs or adjustments, the lifetime warranty will be voided. Miss Ko is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service. We also recommend that you maintain independent insurance coverage for your jewelry to help cover loss, or theft.
